Here at KTS we cater to serious high school, college, and professional athletes that have the drive to attain their full athletic potential. We are dedicated to helping our athletes get stronger, faster, bigger, better conditioned for their sport and mentally tough. What the above statement means (To be an elite athlete you must train like one), is that in order to be an elite athlete, one must train all aspects and have a perfect balance of the below 10 aspects of fitness. PERSONAL TRAINING
We offer one on one personal training sessions that tailor to your specific wants and needs.
Whether it be weight loss, toning, strength training or sports performance, we focus on your goals and turn them into a reality by knowledge from our trainers and hard work from you.
GROUP SESSIONS
Group Sessions are available to those individuals who work well in group environments and are competitive in nature.
Usually group sessions are designed for athletes who are used to similar work settings due to their respective sports.
We work on strengthening your weaknesses and improving on your strengths in order to develop you into a better athlete.
SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
We train athletes of all sports and do so based on the Conjugate Method of Training by Louie Simmons of Westside Barbell.
Our services help all athletes develop their speed, strength, power, agility, stamina, flexibility and explosiveness.
